Templates tab overview

Within the Templates tab, you have access to a wide range of functionalities to customize templates specifically for your business. This article provides an overview of each section within this tab, and includes links to more in-depth articles that explore each topic in greater detail.



Documents

In this section, you can upload and edit documents for your clients to sign and fill out electronically. Once sent to the client, they are signed and returned for record-keeping. You have the option to either upload a PDF or create documents using the Doulado document editor. Your Doulado account also comes with a few templates that you are welcome to edit as needed.


Both documents and forms can be sent to the client to complete, filled out by the doula and the client, or entirely filled out by the doula about a client's journey and they are all saved to the client's profile upon completion.

Forms

In the Forms section, you can create forms to collect information from your clients, serving as a collaborative tool. You can either select a template or design one from scratch. Additionally, you can customize and map fields to gather specific information, ensuring it appears in the client’s profile. Forms can be filled out by the client, the doula and the client, or just the doula!

Resources

In this section, you can upload educational content to share with your clients. Resources can be uploaded as .PDFS or image files. These can easily be shared with a client through their profile, and are not fillable within Doulado. You also have the option to organize them into folders for easy access and management.

Labels

Labels are an essential feature of Doulado, and are a way to label your clients with specific services types or other tags you'd like to use. They allow you to create checklists, categorize and organize clients, and gather information from lead forms. On this screen, you can also create custom fields for each label category for tracking quick client information!

Appointments

In this tab, you can create appointment presets that can be used in multiple areas. These presets can be linked to schedule visits with your clients and integrated with booking links. Additionally, appointment presets can be associated with specific invoiced services in order to automatically track used and remaining services in the client profile!

Booking Links

Doulado offers the ability to create booking links, providing an easy way for clients or leads to schedule their own appointments based on your available time slots. This feature allows you to customize multiple booking pages, link a lead form, add various appointment types and availability blocks, and allow clients to schedule their own visits!

Notifications

This tab gives you full control over the email notifications sent to your clients from Doulado. You can customize the appearance, wording, and overall feel of the messages, as well as add your logo. Additionally, you can send yourself test emails and view a historical record of sent emails, including details on recipients and the content of each message.
