Resources

Resources allow you to store frequently used files such as brochures, handouts, care instructions, educational materials, and internal reference documents; all in one central location.

Once uploaded, resources can be shared with multiple clients without needing to upload the same file each time.

Each business maintains its own separate resource library, allowing you to organize and manage materials specific to your team and clients.

Where to Find It

Resources can come from multiple sources, making it easy to build a library of materials for your clients and team.

Resources can be managed in two places:

  1. Global Resources maintained by the Doulado team
  2. Business Resources managed by your business

Global Resources

Global Resources are files and materials created by the Doulado team that can be added to your business resource library.

To browse available resources:

  1. Go to the main Templates tab and click on the Resources side option.

  2. Click Templates.

  3. Review the available resources and select the one you want to use by filling the checkbox on the left column.

  4. Click Import.

Imported resources are copied into your business's resource library, where they can be managed independently of the original resource.

Changes made to imported resources only affect your copy and do not modify the original global resource.

Resource Availability

Some global resources are only displayed when they are relevant to your business.

Service-Specific Resources

Resources may be associated with specific service categories, such as Maternal Health. These resources will only appear if your business uses matching service labels.

This helps keep the resource library focused on materials that are relevant to the services you provide.

Data Sharing

If your business is connected to another business through Data Sharing, resources from the connected business's resource library may also be available for use.

This allows organizations and partner businesses to share educational materials, handouts, and other resources without needing to upload them multiple times.
