Insurance
Overview
The Insurance section enables businesses to manage client insurance plans for claims submission and eligibility verification. Each insurance record links a client to a specific payer and contains details necessary for billing and verification processes.

Where to Find It
For a Specific Client
View and add insurance plans for a specific client. This can be done from:
Client Profile → Action Menu (...) → View Insurance.

Business-Wide
View all insurance plans across all clients in a business can be done via Billing → Insurance
The business-wide view includes filtering capabilities by client name/status, payer information, and verification status.

Page Overview
The insurances listed in both client-specific list as well as the business-wide list show each insurance record as a separate row.
For example, Primary insurance and Secondary insurance will show as separate rows.
Expiration & Warnings

It uses a ⚠️ icon in the Dates column to flag plans that may require intervention.
This warning appears if:
- The plan is already expired
- Is set to expire within the next 30 days
- If the expiration date occurs before the client's recorded Due Date.
