Changing your Plan

You can modify your subscription at any time through your account settings in your main menu. To make changes, log in to your Doulado profile, navigate to the plan management section, and follow the provided instructions.

Please keep in mind that downgrading from a team plan will cause you to lose access to any teams (including clients, templates, invoicing, etc.) as well as claims processing, HIPPA Compliance and telehealth features. If you are unsure about how a modification may affect your specific account, we recommend reaching out to support@doulado.co for guidance before making a change.

Follow the steps below to modify your plan:

  1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner to access the main menu

  1. From the menu that drops down, click Modify Plan (You may see Select a Plan if you do not currently have your own active subscription)

  1. The screen that opens will display the following information for you to select or change your plan

    1. Plan types (Read more about plan types here)
      1. Solo
      2. Team
      3. Impact
    2. Billing cycles
      1. Monthly
      2. Yearly
    3. Payment amount
      1. We offer the option to set your own price with the payment slider (Read more about our sliding scale pricing model here)
    4. Payment Method
      1. You can add or change the card your monthly/yearly plan is billed to (The dropdown will have your saved payment methods, or you can add a new payment method to the right)

  1. Once you have made your changes, click Update

Plan upgrades will automatically prorate your payment! If you have recently made a payment, and upgrade to a higher price point, it will only bill you for the difference in price for that term (month or annual).
