Changing your Plan
You can modify your subscription at any time through your account settings in your main menu.
Downgrading from a Team Plan will cause you to lose access to any teams (including clients, templates, invoicing, etc.), as well as claims processing, HIPPA Compliance, and telehealth features.
If you're unsure about how a modification may affect your specific account, we recommend reaching out to support@doulado.co for guidance before making a change.

Follow these steps to modify your plan!

Go to the Plan Management section by navigating to your User Profile and clicking on Modify Plan.

- If you don't currently have your own active subscription, you may see Select Plan instead.

In the new window, the available plans are displayed along with each one's details.
The highlighted notification box will give you a quick comparison of how your current plan differs from the plan you select. - Plan types

- Premium
- Impact
- Billing cycles
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Payment Method
- You can add or change the card your monthly/yearly plan is billed to (The dropdown will have your saved payment methods, or you can add a new payment method to the right)

- When you select a new plan and click on Update, a confirmation prompt will pop up.

It will outline the details on changes on the charge and the features, and when this will take effect.

- Once you have made your changes, click Yes, Continue.
Plan upgrades will automatically prorate your payment!
If you have recently made a payment, and change to a plan with a different point. Changing to a plan with a higher price point would bill you for the difference in price for the remainder of the billing period.
Conversely, changing to a plan with a lower price point would credit the difference to your next invoice.
