Adding a payment method
Doulado makes it simple to save your preferred payment details from within your profile. Whether you’re setting up for the first time or updating an existing method, managing your payment methods in your account is easy to do!
Follow our step-by-step guide to quickly add or save a new payment method to your account:
1. Log into Doulado account
2. Open the main menu under your name at the top right
3. Select view your profile
4. On the right hand side, you will see payment method section (These are payment methods that can be added to either pay for your subscription or be able to pay for things like claims submission)
5. Select add, and add card information or bank account information. There is a dropdown to select credit card or bank transfer, and then you can enter the numbers necessary.
If you do add a bank account, it will need to be verified with the 2 test deposits received in your account. It may take a few days for the deposits to show up to verify. You can go back to the same area to add the amounts you received to verify the account. The bank account will be ready to use as a payment method once it has the 'verified' status as shown below.
If you add a bank transfer, you will receive another email notification once that payment method has been verified. If you entered a card number, that payment method can be used immediately.
Now those saved payment methods will be available in the dropdown for upgrading your subscription, under modify plan, in the main menu.
