Adding/Updating the Payment Method

You can add a payment method to your profile, to be used for paying your subscription or make deposits to your funds balance.

You can use either credit/debit card details, or authorize direct debit from your checking or savings bank account.

  1. Open your Personal Profile by clicking on your User Menu on the top-right corner and click on View Your Profile.

  2. Go to the Payment Methods section on the right and click Add.

    Fill out the necessary details for your payment method.

    • You can choose from either Credit Card or Bank Account as a payment method.

  3. Once you're done, click Save to confirm.

The Bank Account payment method requires an additional verification process to be completed before you can use it to make payments.

If you are intending to use this new payment method for future subscription charges, go to the Plan Selection window from your User Menu > Modify Plan.

This new payment method will show up in the dropdown for you to choose.

Click Update to save your changes.
