Recovering your password

Everyone loses a password now and then, but luckily it's easy to recover.

Get a reset code

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password" right below the login button.
2. Enter the email address currently in your Doulado account, likely the same one you signed up with.
3. Click "Send Code".

4. You will get a reset code sent to your email.

   Note: For security, it will look the same even if the email you typed in did not match an account. This is so your email address cannot be guessed or confirmed by using the reset feature.

   

   

Verify your code

1. Using the email you received, type in the verification code in the reset form.
2. If your code was correct, you will be logged in.

3. For security, you will need to set a new password for your account.

   

You're in!

If you do not receive the code via email, check your spam folder. If you have any issues, contact us at support@doulado.co and we will get it taken care of!
