Creating an Account

Overview

When you are ready to try Doulado, you can easily create an account.

Clients cannot create an account for themselves directly. Their provider must add them and send a portal invitation, which allows them to set up their account.

Provider accounts can be created by either:

  1. Visiting the Doulado platform and clicking on Create an Account.

  2. By receiving an invitation email from another provider, either as part of a team or by sharing a client.

Setting Up An Account

  1. Proceed to create an account via clicking on the button in either of the methods.

  2. Fill out the form and complete all the required fields.

    • Email: Your primary email address.
    • First Name + Last Name
    • Account Type: Select Provider / Doula or Client.

If you select Client, you will be prompted to ask your provider for an invite instead.

    • Terms: Check "I agree to terms & conditions".
  1. Click on Create Account.

  2. Once submitted, the system will create your account and send a verification email.

  3. Click on the link to verify your email and complete the onboarding.
