Logging In
Whether you are a doula or a client, everyone logs in the same way. Use the steps below to get into your account!
Note: A client first needs to create their account by being invited to their portal by the doula. After their account is created the email link they were invited by, then they can follow the steps below to login.
Option 1: From our website
- Go to our company website, doulado.co
Click "Login" link at the top of the page. Note: if you are on mobile or a tablet, you may have a menu to open in the upper left.
Option 2: Direct link
- Visit the login page directly at app.doulado.co
Enter your credentials
- Enter the email address in your Doulado profile, which is likely the same email you used to sign up
- Enter your password
- Click "Login"
- If you need to "verify" your account, you may come to a screen where you can enter a verification code sent to the email address on your account.
If you are not receiving these code emails, please reach out to support@doulado.co to check your email address. If your email address is invalid or email notifications have bounced in the past, we may need to reactivate your email address in the system in order for you to receive notifications!
- Find the code, and come back to the login screen to enter the code.
After a certain timeframe, when you go to log in to your Doulado account, it will have you verify with an extra step and receive a code in your email. This secure measure will remain in effect for 30 days before you will have to verify again.
