Network Journeys
The Network section is a separate space from your client list where you can manage relationships with people who aren’t formal clients.
You can create network journeys to take notes, send paperwork, share resources, upload files, and even send invoices, just like a client journey.
You can also use Network Lead Forms to automatically create new network profiles.
Your network journeys could include people such as:
- Doulas looking to join your agency
- Doulas contracted within your agency
- Local doulas you work with occasionally
- Doulas joining your mentor program
- Vendors you need to bill for services

Adding a Network Journey for a doula you work with is completely separate from adding them to your team or sharing client data.
It’s a way to manage peer relationships; like sending paperwork, tracking certifications, messaging, or handling payments.
For example, you can have a backup doula sign a contract or collect applications for your agency using a Network Lead Form.
