Adding a New Client
You may find that you need to onboard a person who isn't already in your clients list, or you haven't previously worked with. From your Clients page, you can add a New Client which will both add them to your clients list and create their journey.
If this is for a team on which your role is 'Participant', an 'Owner' or 'Contributor' would need to do add the client on your behalf. (See Team Overview and Permissions for more information).
- In the top-right of the Clients page, use the + New Client button.
- In the New Client window that appears, enter the client's First Name and Last Name, and choose the Status of their associated Journey.
Why do the client's contact details need to be requested?
If you entered an email address already associated with an existing client profile (such as previously added by another doula), the client would need to approve before you can access their contact information. (find out more in Why do I need to 'request access' for my client's information?)
