The client list

The client list shows all clients in your current view (team or personal account), ordered by most recent at the top. The parts of the list are explained below:

#1: Search by name

This allows you to search the first and last name of the client, and the list will be filtered to show only matches, ordered by relevance.

#2: Assigned provider

Use this filter to show only clients that are assigned to a specific provider (for teams) or assigned to yourself (personal account).

#3: Client status filter

Filters the client list to show only clients with the matching status

#4: Name and contact information

These first two columns show the following:

  1. Client photo (if provided)
  2. Name
  3. Email
  4. Phone number
  5. Address

#5: Client status and type labels

These labels indicate what service is being provided to the client and what the status is

#6: Balance

This balance is the total unpaid balance of invoices sent to the client.

#7: Actions

These actions may not show up for everyone, depending on your permissions and client status.

  • Message Icon: Send a message to the client
  • Pencil Icon: Edit the client journey type and status
  • Plus Icon: Create a new journey with the same client
  • User Icon: Assign a provider from the team, or assign yourself to the client
