Search Bar

Doulado's Search Bar helps doulas quickly find clients by entering key details such as their name, email, city, or client ID.

The Search Bar is not available to client accounts, or for doulas while Client View is active.

Where to Find It

Search can be found toward the left-hand side of Doulado's top bar, immediately to the right of the Doulado logo.

Searching

Press on the field to start typing.

Results matching your search term will appear as you type, showing details like name, ID (if available), and journey status.

To clear the current search and start a new one, press the cancel button.

You can search using multiple terms (for example, first and last name), and results will match across different fields like name, email, or city.
