User Menu

Overview

The User Menu provides quick access to your account, business settings, and key actions within Doulado.

From here, you can switch between views, manage your teams, update your account, and access help and support, all in one place.

User Views

The options in the User Menu change depending on whether you are in Provider, Client, or Internal view, so you only see what’s relevant to you.

Sections

Switch View

  • This is only available if your account has multiple roles (often a platform administrator)
  • Allows you user to switch between Internal, Doula and Client views, as needed.

Switch Team

The Switch Team section allows you to select and manage the business you are currently working in. You can only have one business selected at a time.

Here, you can:

  • Switch between teams you are a member of
  • Access your personal business (e.g., Personal Clients)
  • Open Manage Team to update team settings
  • Use Convert to Team to turn your personal business into a team
  • Select Add a Team to create a new team

Selected Business

The Selected Business section shows details for the business you are currently working in. This section is available if you are using your personal business or if you are an Owner of the selected team.

  • Balance: Displays the current funds balance for the selected business
    • Click the balance to view more details in the Balance & History view

Your Account

The Your Account section lets you manage your personal profile, subscription, and notification settings.

  • View Your Profile

    Opens your personal profile where you can view and update your information

  • Select or Modify Plan (Doulas only)

    Choose, upgrade, or update your subscription plan

  • Billing History (Doulas only)

    View your past subscription payments and billing details

  • Notifications (Doulas only)

    Manage your email notification preferences for activity and updates within the app

Help & Support

The Help & Support section gives you access to resources and assistance whenever you need it.

  • Recent Changes

    View the latest updates and improvements to the platform

  • Get Help (Providers only)

    Access helpful guides, FAQs, and options to contact support

  • Contact Support (Clients only)

    Reach out to the support team for assistance.

  • How-To Videos

    Watch videos to learn how to use Doulado and schedule a demo for a more intensive tutorial.

  • Help Articles

    Browse detailed guides and documentation for additional support on an external page.

Other Actions

The Other Actions section includes additional tools and settings to help you manage your account.

  • Invite Others (Referral program only)

    Send invitations to other doulas and share Doulado through your referral link

  • Change Timezone

    Switch your working timezone to match your schedule or location

  • Sign Out

    Log out of your account
