Where to Find It
You can create and manage templates by navigating to the main Billing tab > Services.
Importing Templates
The global templates you see in the list are created by Doulado's internal team, which you can browse and import.
Some templates are only available if your business has a label group that matches the service type assigned to the Global Template. For more information, check out this article: Labels.
