What does the client see?

The client has the following things visible to them in the client portal:

• Their personal profile, where they can edit their contact and demographic information
• Dashboard showing outstanding documents, open balances and files
• The file center, showing any files or resources you have uploaded, as well as copies of any documents they have completed (e.g., signed contracts)
• A list of paperwork they have been requested to complete
• Invoices that have been sent, and the ability to pay them
• Payment history and a way to manage payment methods
• The message center, where they can see messages to any of their providers in Doulado, and start new conversations
