What does the client see?
Clients have a similar looking portal to the doula's, but with less information. They have access to the following tabs: Files, Paperwork, Invoices, Messages and Appointments. Clients do not see anything labeled as a "Note" within Doulado, whether the note is added in the note section or attached to a visit.
The client has the following things visible to them in the client portal:
- Their personal profile, where they can edit their contact and demographic information
- Dashboard showing outstanding documents, open balances and files
- The file center, showing any files or resources you have uploaded, as well as copies of any documents they have completed (e.g., signed contracts)
- A list of paperwork they have been requested to complete
- Invoices that have been sent, and the ability to pay them
- Payment history and a way to manage payment methods
- The message center, where they can see messages to any of their providers in Doulado, and start new conversations
- Appointment list where they can see upcoming appointments that are scheduled
