Question: What are enrollments and why do I need to do that step?
Short answer: Enrollments ensure that claims are processed correctly, remittances are delivered electronically, and eligibility checks are properly linked to your provider credentials.

Most payers do not require enrollments for claims, but some do require a one-time setup based on your NPI and Tax ID before certain services can be used.
Bonus Tip: If you complete enrollment steps through a payer portal or form, make sure to let the Doulado support team know afterward! Some payers do not notify us automatically, and we may need to manually complete the process on our end before services become active.
**If this is your first enrollment with Doulado, there is a ONE TIME verification phone call that we must complete from the clearinghouse in order to move forward.
