Doulado sends automated emails to keep providers, clients, and team members informed about upcoming, updated, or newly created events.

Client Notifications

Keep your clients informed about their appointments with automatic email notifications. You can customize these messages anytime in the Notification Templates.

New Event Notification

When you schedule an appointment, you can enable notifications to send the client an email with the date, time, location, and provider.

Updated Event Notification

If you make changes and enable notifications, the client will receive an updated email with the latest details.

Upcoming Appointment Reminders

Clients automatically receive reminders before their appointment based on your Calendar Settings (default is 24 hours before).

The visit must be either "Scheduled" or "Confirmed" for a reminder to be sent

Cancellation & Deletion Notifications

When deleting an event, you can choose to notify the client that the appointment has been canceled, along with an optional message.


Provider Notification


New Event Notification

Sent when a team member schedules an appointment on your behalf.

Updated Event Notification

Sent when someone other than the assigned provider updates an appointment.

Canceled Event Notification

Sent when someone other than the assigned provider cancels an appointment.

Booked Appointment

Sent when a client books an appointment online.

In teams, members with the right booking permissions can also receive these notifications.

Status Reminders

Sent as a summary of past appointments that are still marked as Scheduled or Confirmed.
