Journeys

Journeys list all the client profiles or care instances that an account is linked to. It represents a client engagement or project and may be associated with an account multiple times.

Ensure that the Client Portal is enabled for an account profile to display all the associated journeys with it.

You can unlink yourself from a specific journey; this will remove you from the account's portal.
