Adding and Managing Network Profiles

You can manually add a network journey by clicking on +New Profile or  you can also have Network Lead Forms that automatically create a new network journey when submitted.

Creating a Network Lead Forms is like creating a Lead Form sent to the clients, but you have to go to the Clients tab > Network on the side menu, and click on the Lead Forms button.

From there, click on + New Lead Form.

Fill out the necessary information on the following pages:

In a team, Contributors and Owners can view all network journeys.

Participants can only see the ones they are assigned to.

Labels for network journeys are managed in Templates → Labels. These labels are used to categorize profiles (e.g., "Contractor", "Vendor") and are required for Network Lead Forms.
