Pausing your plan

If for some reason Doulado did not meet your needs, you can pause or cancel your plan. Before you cancel or pause your plan, please feel free to reach out to us at support@doulado.co to let us know how we can better serve you and give us the chance to make it right.


Your free trial will last 14 days, and after that the credit card you entered will be charged the subscription rate you signed up with. You will receive a reminder email 2 days before your free trial is up. We will not be able to provide a refund after the trial period has ended.

If cost is an issue, you may consider decreasing your plan price, that way you can retain access to clients and teams


If you are ready to pause your plan you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the profile menu in the upper-right
  2. Select Modify Plan
  3. Choose Pause Plan
  4. Click Update

Paused plans will

  • Be allowed one client (it will keep the first client you added)
  • Lose the ability to create and manage teams

You may want to download any forms or client data that you will need as this will no longer be available once the billing cycle is complete after pausing your plan.
