If a client contacts you and needs assistance with any part of Doulado, including the client portal or actions taken through email, like submitting documents, here is what you can do:
- Provide any support you can to your client based on your knowledge of the platform.
- You can direct them to this help center, directly to the portion for clients at https://help.doulado.co/collection/7-for-clients
- You can instruct them to submit a help ticket to us by using their portal (shown below) or directly send an email to support@doulado.co
