Sending Paperwork
After creating a document or form template, you can send it to clients or network contacts for completion or signature.
Each time a template is used, Doulado creates a Submission: a unique copy of that document linked to a specific client or journey.
Submissions keep responses, signatures, and completed paperwork separate, allowing the same template to be reused multiple times. The same process is also used when providers complete paperwork themselves, even if the client doesn't receive it.

Where to Find It
There are multiple ways to create and send paperwork from a client journey.
Option 1: Quick Actions from the Client Journey

Go to the main Clients tab and stay in the Clients side menu.

- Choose a client from the Clients List and open their journey.

In the Quick Actions section, click on New Paperwork.

The Paperwork window allows you to create a new document or form submission from one of your existing templates.

Option 2: Paperwork Tab
You can also manage paperwork from the Paperwork tab within the client journey.

Available actions include:
- New Paperwork – Create a new draft from a document or form template.
- Send Drafts – Send one or more existing drafts to the client at the same time.

This area is useful for tracking, managing, and sending all paperwork associated with a specific client journey.
