Notification Log (History)

The View History button lets you review a complete log of notifications sent from your business.

Global Log

Displays all notifications sent for the current business.

Template-Specific Log

Displays only notifications sent using the selected template.

Log Entry Details

Each notification entry includes:

  • Status
  • Date and time sent
  • Notification channel and template used
  • Option to resend the notification if delivery failed

Statuses

Status Meaning
Pending

The notification has been queued but not processed yet.

This could be due to many emails in the queue, or some other delay in processing.

Sent The notification has been processed and sent through its channel.
Failed There was an issue sending this notification, possibly due to a vendor issue or internal issue.

Log Actions

Clicking a log entry opens a detailed view of that notification.

Details Tab

Displays notification information such as:

  • Recipient(s)
  • Subject line
  • Preview of the message content that was sent

Activity Tab (Email Only)

Displays the email delivery activity, such as:

  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Clicked
