Event Log

The Visit Log can be accessed from the View Log option in a visit’s More Actions menu (available in Billing → Visits or the journey’s Visits page).

In addition to tracking updates made to the visit or event, the log also records activity related to the visit’s Video Room.

The View PDF button on eligible entries can be used to acquire a document detailing the activity.
