Client View: Booking an Appointment

Your clients can schedule their own appointments directly through the portal by clicking + Book Appointment.

This will allow them to choose from a list of providers that have their own booking pages and have allowed them to be shown in the Client Portal.

If a client has multiple journeys with a provider. They need to directly contact the provider to book an appointment.

  1. Select a provider/team to open their booking page.

  2. Choose the Appointment Type you want to book.

  3. Select the specific provider that you want to schedule an appointment with.

  4. Choose a date and location and complete your booking.


Available dates are highlighted to make it easier to tell what dates are fully booked/unavailable.
