Client View: Appointment Details

By clicking on any visit in the list, the client opens the Event Summary card.

This view provides all the essential details:

• Date & Time: Confirmed start and end times.
• Location:
  • In-Person: The full address is displayed.
  • Virtual: A clickable link is displayed.
• Provider: The name of the provider assigned to the visit.
• Description: Any specific notes or instructions you have added.
• Video Room: Opens a modal that initiates a secure video call.
• Send Message: Allows the client to send a message to the provider.
