Lead Form: Editing A Lead Form
The lead form has some properties that are modified using the Edit button rather than customizing.
Changes made here take effect immediately to any place the lead form is linked or embedded.
| Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Defines the name shown internally in the tile view. This name helps you recognize it inside your provider view. |
| Title | Defines the title of the lead form which shows up when it’s being filled or previewed. |
| Redirect To | If filled, the person completing the lead form will be redirected to this location after completion. Used to add custom tracking or your own success page, for example. |
| Confirmation Email | If checked, a confirmation email will be sent to the person after the lead page is complete. |
| Email Sent | This email will be sent to the person who filled out the lead form. You can use this to send them an email specific to this lead form. Otherwise, a default email will be sent. |
| Intro / Description | This text will be shown at the top of the lead form for anyone filling it out. |
