Claims: Attachments

Supporting documents can be attached to claims when additional medical records, test results, or other evidence is required by the payer.

Attachment Types

• Send to Payer: These files are electronically transmitted to the clearinghouse alongside the claim data. (PDF only, Maximum of 10 files per claim for this type)
• Store with Claim: Internal reference files (any format, not sent to payer)
