Verify your Bank Account

If you selected bank transfer when adding a payment method, this first needs to be verified before you can use it to make any payments. This is done using 2 test deposits which may take a few days to reach your account.


Once these are received:


  1. Return to your profile's Payment Methods area and use the Verify button.


  1. Enter the received deposit amounts into the window that appears, then Verify.


  1. If successful, you will be sent an email confirming that payment method is now verified.


If your profile is a Doula profile, this payment method will be available to use when changing your plan or making deposits to your funds balance.

If you are a team member, and need to pay for your own claims within the owner's account, please add your desired payment method and name the method "Bridget-Claim Fees" so the correct one can be billed on or around the 1st of the month for last month's claims.
