To make things easier and more seamless for your clients, links are fully clickable in key areas across Doulado! Whether you're sharing important documents, helpful resources, or scheduling information, your clients can now access links with a single click. It's important to note that, in most cases, you will need the full hyperlink (including https://).

Clickable links are supported in the following sections:

• Documents
• Resource PDFs
• Messages
• Lead forms questions and descriptions
• Event descriptions

How to Add Text Over Hyperlinks in Doulado

In most places, you can also customize your links to appear as clean, clickable text using a simple formatting formula! Instead of displaying full URLs, you can embed them within words or phrases — perfect for keeping your communication polished and professional.

To do this, just place your desired text in square brackets, immediately followed by the full link (with no space in between). For example: [here]https://app.doulado.co will display as here when sent to your client!

This new formatting option works in several key areas of Doulado, including:

• Event descriptions
• Lead form descriptions and questions
• Checklist descriptions
• Messages
