We’ve been busy improving Doulado to make client tools, billing, and workflows easier and more accessible. These updates help you spend less time on logistics and more time supporting families.

• Optional Documents: Mark visits as complete even if some documents aren’t finished. Optional forms still appear for easy access.
• Telehealth Logs: Calls now record date, time, and duration, downloadable as PDFs.
• Mobile Documents: Fillable forms open zoomed out for easier viewing on mobile.

Billing & Payments

• HSA/FSA Cards: Support for more cards; link directly to your Stripe account for smooth processing.
• Bank Verification: Clients can verify accounts without logging in.
• Earnings Totals: View current or past years with custom date ranges.

Other Updates

• Darker placeholder text for better visibility
• Improved journey timelines (status changes & archiving tracked)
• Time Zone Switching: Temporarily switch your account’s time zone for easier multi-location scheduling
