First Stripe payout

For new Stripe connected accounts, the first payout from a client payment typically takes between 7 and 14 business days. This initial delay from Stripe is necessary to ensure everything is set up securely, to protect both you and Stripe from potential risks, and cannot be waived under any circumstances. This wait can seem inconvenient, but please rest assured that this is a one-time process for your first payout only.

Future payouts will follow our 2 day rolling payout schedule, where you should receive your payment within 2-3 business days of a client paying, pending weekends or holidays when banks are not normally operating.

Other causes of delay

• Bank related delays: Bank processing can be delayed by weekends and holidays. Once the bank has finished processing your payout, the funds will be deposited into your account automatically.
• Account verification issues: Check your Stripe Dashboard and your email to see if additional information is required to verify your account.
