Telehealth/Video Calls

Overview

Doulado includes a built-in Telehealth feature that lets you start secure, HIPAA-compliant video calls directly from a visit, helping you connect with clients in a safe and professional virtual space.

You can also invite additional participants to a call by sharing the meeting link, making it easy for support people or additional providers to join. Participants simply enter their name to join the session.

Where to Find It

You can access the video button in the calendar event overview information, as well as in the client's visit log.

Clients

Clients can access the "video room" through two main points:

• Email Link: Included in the appointment summary email sent to the client

  

• Client Portal: Available within the appointment details in the client portal

  

Providers

1. Open the Visits tab by going to either from the following:

   1. Dashboard or a Client Profile

      

   2. An event from your Calendar

      

2. Find the appointment you want to join.

3. Click the Actions menu (three dots) or the Video icon on the calendar event.

   

4. Select Join Call.
