Manage Your Calendar Availability
You have the flexibility to set your availability by marking specific times as “unavailable” and blocking out entire days or time periods weekly, as needed. If you attempt to schedule an event during a time you’ve marked as “busy,” you’ll receive a notification to help you avoid conflicts.
Please note, that if you use booking pages, your availability timeslots in the booking page must be managed separately to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Select Availability at the bottom of the main calendar screen
- Select +Add
If you are blocking out an entire day, simply leave the Start Time and End Time blank
If you are just wanting to block out a small portion of the day, enter in your Start and End time
Additional things to note:
When you block out an entire day, it will be displayed in gray for clear visibility. If you block out a specific time period, it will appear with gray diagonal lines, making it easy to distinguish from other scheduled events.
If you try to book an appointment during a period you have indicated you are busy, this notification will pop up. This will also alert another team member if they are scheduling an event for you during an unavailable period.
