Creating a $0 Invoice
You can create $0 services and packages in order to create an "invoice" which will link to the services tab to keep track of pro-bono or insurance services for your clients. When you create an invoice for with free services, you can leave it as a draft, then "finalize" it to mark as "paid" so that it will not send to the client, but the services offered will appear in their client profile to keep track of!
Use the following steps to create a $0 invoice and what that looks like:
- Create $0 services or packages under Billing->Services

- Create an invoice for the client with those $0 services or package
- At the send options, leave in draft mode, to not send it to the client, and click create invoice
- Now within the invoice list, on the right hand side, you should see a checkmark symbol to finalize the invoice
- This dialogue box will open to confirm the action.
- Click finalize, and then the invoice details will appear in the services tab to keep track of services used
