Business Information on an Invoice
You have the ability to add and edit the information that displays on the invoices for your business. The process is slightly different depending on what type of plan you have.
Solo Plan
Use the following steps to modify the business information that appears on your invoices.
- From the upper right hand corner of the screen you will click on your name to find the main menu
- Select the option to View Your Profile
- Scroll to the bottom the Business section and select edit
- In the next screen you can enter your business information:
- Legal Business Name
- Doing Business As
- Website
- Phone
- Currency
- NPI
- Tax ID (EIN/SSN)
- License/Credentials
- Taxonomy Code
- Address
Logo
- Once you have filled out all the boxes click Save
- Now your information will display on your invoices
Team Plan
Use the following directions to update the information that will appear on your invoices for your entire team.
- From the top right of your screen, click on the gear and select Manage Team
From the Manage Team screen, click edit in the Business section
- In the next screen you can enter your team business information:
- Legal Business Name
- Doing Business As
- Website
- Phone
- Currency
- NPI
- Tax ID (EIN/SSN)
- License/Credentials
- Taxonomy Code
- Address
- Logo
If added, the DBA name, phone number, NPI, Tax ID, Credentials and Taxonomy, Address and Logo will all show on an invoice. The website and currency do not show on an invoice. If Legal Business Name AND DBA are added, the DBA will show.
- Once you have filled out all the boxes that you would like, click Save
- Now your information will display on that team's invoices
Each team's business information can be edited to reflect on that team's invoices individually. Your business information if your " personal profile" will reflect on invoices from a "personal clients" tab.
