Auto Lock Screen

This feature only applies to the Team and Impact plans due to the HIPPA Compliance of these subscriptions. If you have a solo plan, you will not see this lock screen come across.

When you are working in your Doulado profile, if you leave the screen open to idle for 60 minutes you will see the screen below. At 55 minutes, this lock screen will pop up with a 5 minute timer that will allow to you to continue working or choose logout if you are done with your session.

From here you will have a few options:

1. If the timer still has time on it you can continue to remain logged in and continue working
2. If the timer reflects 0:00 you can select Continue and the system will have you enter your password in order to protect private health information from being visible to someone else that may be on your device

3. You can select Logout and be taken back to the primary login screen for Doulado.
