What a Team Member Can See

When a team member logs in, their dashboard will look similar to yours, but with limited access based on their role.

Team Workspace

  • Can view team members, roles (Owners, Contributors, Participants), and member details
  • Can send messages to the team

Participants can't edit team or business settings.

Clients

  • Can view clients assigned to them only
  • Can open client profiles and view details
  • Depending on permissions, they may be able to:
    • Edit client information
    • Update journey details (like status or type)
    • Add payment methods
    • Message clients

Client Profile Tabs

  • Most tabs function the same as your own account
  • Access may vary based on permissions

Templates

  • Can use templates shared with the team
  • Cannot create or add their own templates

Billing

  • Can view available services
  • Can create invoices

Messaging & Tasks

  • Can access messages with clients and team members
  • Can use reminders and tasks

Profile & Activity

  • Can update their own profile information
  • Can view active client journeys assigned to them

This setup ensures team members have access to what they need, while keeping key settings and controls with team owners.
